Yes! Delivery is available within 50 miles of Belleville, Michigan. Delivery fees vary based on distance and setup requirements. Please provide your campground location at booking.
Yes — pets are welcome with prior approval and a $45 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
Our fleet includes campers that sleep anywhere from 5 to 10 guests, depending on the model. Each camper listing includes specific sleeping details to help you choose the best fit.
The person picking up and towing the camper must be listed on the reservation and must be at least 25 years old. Only approved drivers listed on the reservation may tow or operate the camper.
Yes. All adult guests must be listed by name on the reservation, and the total number of guests—including minors—must be disclosed at the time of booking. This ensures proper capacity, safety, and insurance compliance.
Yes, festival, event, and special-use trips are permitted with prior approval. Please disclose your destination and intended use in advance so we can confirm suitability.
If a camper is taken to an event without owner approval, the full security deposit will be forfeited.
If towing, your vehicle must:
Meet the camper’s towing capacity requirements
Be equipped with a working brake controller
If a brake controller is not present at pickup, the camper cannot be released.
Yes! We offer optional 1-hour towing lessons for $75 with a CDL-A certified trainer for guests who are new to towing or want extra confidence. This hands-on session covers proper hitching, brake controller use, turning, backing up, and general towing safety.
Lessons are for educational and confidence-building purposes only, do not replace proper licensing or towing requirements, and must be scheduled in advance.
No. Smoking is not permitted inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit.
Yes. All gray and black tanks must be emptied before return unless you’ve added the optional tank dump service.
Pickup reservations:
Tanks must be dumped before return and may not be returned full. If tanks are returned full, a $50 tank dump fee will apply.
Delivery reservations without full hookups:
If the gray or black tanks are used, a $40 tank dump service fee will be automatically added to your reservation.
Tanks may not be returned full under any circumstances.
Please return the camper broom-swept, with surfaces wiped down and trash removed. Cleaning supplies are provided.
If the camper is returned excessively dirty, a $75–$150 cleaning fee may apply depending on condition.
Common fees may include:
$60 prep fee (fresh linens, made beds, coffee, toiletries, cleaning & inspection)
$25 propane fee (not charged between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
Optional add-ons such as chairs, firewood, beach package, fridge stocking, screen room tent, early/late return, and towing lessons
All fees are clearly shown during booking.
